The story of Sirena’s Bakes began during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2019. With more time spent at home, we started cooking our own meals and decided to bake bread free from additives—wholesome and healthy for our family.

What began as a simple family project soon extended to our international friends living in Thailand. After trying our bread, many of them encouraged us, saying, “You should sell this!”

That encouragement sparked the birth of Sirena’s Bakes, and we’ve been baking ever since.

Our bread carries a distinct German flavor, inspired by my husband’s decades of living in Germany. With his deep appreciation and understanding of traditional German bread, we developed recipes that reflect that authentic taste—bringing something truly unique to our bakery.
